1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Carr.pk, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our platform.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Listings and Content
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your listings and any content you post. You must not post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings. Carr.pk reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these terms or our content policies.
4. Prohibited Activities
You may not use Carr.pk to engage in fraud, scams, spam, or any illegal activity. You may not impersonate others, manipulate prices, or interfere with the platform's operation. Violations may result in immediate account termination.
5. Transactions
Carr.pk is a marketplace platform. We facilitate connections between buyers and sellers but are not a party to any transaction. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items listed, the accuracy of listings, or the ability of sellers to sell or buyers to buy.
6. Fees
Basic listing is free. Premium features, featured listings, and promotional services are available for a fee as described on the platform. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on Carr.pk, including logos, design, and software, is owned by Carr.pk or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Carr.pk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any transactions conducted through it.
9. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use of Carr.pk after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
